Sutlias (Rice pudding)

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Cup Rice
  • 2½ Tbsp Sugar
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Add water and one cup of water in a small pot
  • Add rice and cook the rice in the milk mixture
  • Keep stirring and keep adding water while cooking till the rice is cooked and the mixture resembles pudding
  • Serve hot or cold with a dusting of cinnamon
  • A drizzle of caramel sauce is optional
