Oh my goodness, these apple crumb muffins are lovely, and they’re a perfect way to welcome autumn. The spicy aroma and the perfect taste of apples. Apple crumb muffins
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Flour
- ¾ Cups Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tsp Baking powder
- 1 Tsp Bicarbonate of soda
- ½ Cup Melted butter
- ½ Cup Oil
- ¾ Cup Youghurt/ Buttermilk
- ½ Tsp Cinnamon
- ½ Tsp Mixed spice
- ¼ Tsp Nutmeg
- 1 Cup Grated apples
Crumb
- ¾ Cup Flour
- ½ Cup Brown Sugar
- 4 Tbsp Butter
- A little cinnamon
Instructions
- To melted butter add oil, then add sugar, Mix
- Add in eggs, mix
- Add flour, bp, bicarbonate of soda and spices, mix
- Add apple and youghurt, mix but do not overmix
- Add to a prepared muffin tin
- Add the crumb on top of each muffin
- Bake in a preheated oven, 180 ℃
- When done, let them cool and drizzle with glaze if you wish to
