Servings 18 muffins
Ingredients
- ¾ Cup Sugar
- 1¾ Cup Flour
- ¾ Cup Cocoa powder
- 1½ tsp Baking powder
- 1½ tsp Bicarbonate of soda
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 Cup Milk
- ¾ Cup Oil
- Vanilla
- 1 Tsp Instant coffee
- Boiling water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180℃
- Prepare your muffin pan
- Mix together the dry ingredients without coffee
- Add in the liquid ingredients without water
- Mix water and coffee and add to the batter
- Pour the batter equally into prepare muffin tins
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes
- Let them cool and enjoy
