Blueberry lemon drizzle cake

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Flour
  • ¾ Cup Sugar
  • 200 g Soft Butter
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • Lemon rind from lemon
  • 1 Cup Blueberries
  • Orange juice

Drizzle

  • 120 g Sugar
  • Juice fron one orange

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 180℃
  • In one bowl add all ingredients together
  • Mix on a stand mixer, hand mixer, wooden spoon or by hand
  • Fold in blueberries
  • Add to a prepared loaf or cake tin
  • Bake in a preheated oven for about 40 minutes
  • When done, remove from oven and pour sugar drizzle
  • Let the cake cool and remove from pan, Enjoy
