Caramel apple galette

Ingredients

Pastry

  • 11/2 Cups Flour
  • 125 g Cold cubed butter
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Very cold water
  • Pinch of salt

Galette

  • 2 Apples
  • ¼ Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp Caramel

Instructions

  • Cut apples into quaeter slices
  • Add into a bowl and add remaining galette ingredients
  • Roll the pastry and arrange apples in the middle, leaving space in the sides to fold in
  • Once folded egg wash the sides of the pastry and sprinkle with sugar
  • Bake the galette on 200℃for 40 to 45 minutes, until the fruit is tender and the pastry is golden brown
  • Once done, drizzle with caramel and enjoy
