Instructions
Cut apples into quaeter slices
Add into a bowl and add remaining galette ingredients
Roll the pastry and arrange apples in the middle, leaving space in the sides to fold in
Once folded egg wash the sides of the pastry and sprinkle with sugar
Bake the galette on 200℃for 40 to 45 minutes, until the fruit is tender and the pastry is golden brown
Once done, drizzle with caramel and enjoy
