Cauliflower soup

Ingredients

  • 1 Head Couliflower
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Stick Celery
  • 3 Cups Vegetable stock
  • 1 tbsp Cream
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Prepare all the vegatables; chop cauliflower, dice onion, celery and garlic.
  • Saute onions and celery, when soft add garlic and fry doe a minute
  • Add chopped cauliflower and vegetable stock or water
  • If adding water and not stock, season with vegeta or powder stock (optional)
  • Let the cauliflower cook until soft
  • Blend until smooth
  • Add cream and season
