Chicken paprikash

Ingredients

  • 3 Drumsticks
  • 3 Thighs
  • Olive oil
  • 1 Med Onion
  • 4 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Tsp Paprika
  • 1 Tsp Vegeta
  • ½ Cup Tomato juice or canned tomatoes
  • ¼ Cup Fresh cream

Instructions

  • In a medium pot saute onions till translucent
  • Add chicken and let it brown
  • Add garlic and fry for 2 minutes
  • Add paprika and vegeta
  • Add in vegetable stok or hot water
  • Cook for about 30 minutes or until the chicken is done
  • Add in the cream season with salt, pepper and parsley

Notes

  • Instead of tomato juice, you may use; canned tomatoes and you may put them through a blender to get a smooth sauce at the end
  • Instead of Vegeta, you may use any powdered veggie spice or you may just leave it out.
