Ingredients

  • 1 Med Onion
  • 2 Carrots
  • 500 g Frozen/Fresh peas
  • Sweet Paprika
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • Vegeta for seasoning

Instructions

  • Dice carrots and onions
  • Saute the vegetables in oil for about 5 minutes
  • Add frozen peas, some water and vegeta
  • Cook for about 20 minutes and add the chicken
  • Cook until the peas are almost soft
  • Make a roux by mixing sweet paprika, flour and a little bit of water
  • Mix together and add into the cooking peas
  • Cook longer until the pea stew in thick and everything is well cooked
  • Season according to taste
  • Enjoy
