Instructions
Add luke warm milk to a bowl
Add tothe milk yeast and sugar
Cover the milk with a cloth for about 10 minutes and let the yeast activatee
After 10 minutes add the remaining ingredients to the milk and mix, the nknead
If using a mixer, mix for about 7 minutes till its smooth
If using hands knead for about 10 minutes
Cover the dough with a cloth and plate or with cling film and let it sit at a warm place till it has doubled in size
Forming the rolls
After the dough has risen, divide it into three equal parts
Take one part and cover the rest
Form a disk out of the dough, divide it into 8 part and roll in from the larger part to the small part
Put the rolls on a parchment paper in a baking tray and let the double
Brush the rolls with an egg or milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds
bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes or till the rolls are golden brown
