Meatballs in tomato sauce

Ingredients

  • 500g Minced beef
  • 1 Med Onion
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tsp Vegeta
  • 1 tbsp Breadcrumbs (optional)

Tomato sauce

  • 1 Can Tomatoes
  • 1 Med Onion
  • ½ tsp Origano
  • Basil
  • Salt to season

Instructions

  • In a bowl, add all ingredients
  • Mix or knead for about 5 minutes until the mixture is soft and almost stringy
  • Make meatballs of the same size of around 50 grams
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 15 minutes
  • Take the meatballs out and add to the tomato sauce thats already cooking

Notes

  • The longer you cook the meatballs in the sauce, the better this dish becomes.
