Prženice/French toast

Ingredients

  • ½ Loaf Loaf of bread
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ Cup Flour
  • Milk

Instructions

  • Cut your bread into slices, neither thick neither thin
  • In a large bowl, add eggs
  • Add flour and whisk
  • Add in the milk until you get a pancake consistency
  • Let the batter rest for about 5 minutes
  • Add oil to a pan
  • Dip the bread in the batter, covering all the side
  • Fry on medium heat until both sides are golden brown

Notes

The oil for frying the bread should not be enough for the bread to "sit in" but not too much like deep frying.
