Instructions
Roast or char grill peppers
Soften them in a closed container
Gently peel them and add the to a dish
Add salt, garlic, vinegar, then oil. In that order
Taste and add what needs to be added according to tatse
Chill and enjoy
Notes
You may roast the pepper in an oven, char grill them, or even on a stovetop as in the pictures.
How to: roasted peppers (Pecenje paprike)
Let the peppers sweat and get cold before you peel them, give them time to soften so it's easy for you to peel them.
It's important to leave the peppers in a closed container while they soften, the heat makes them soft and easy to peel.
