Roasted pepper salad

Ingredients

  • 8 Peppers
  • 2 Cloves diced Garlic
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Cap Vinegar
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Roast or char grill peppers
  • Soften them in a closed container
  • Gently peel them and add the to a dish
  • Add salt, garlic, vinegar, then oil.  In that order
  • Taste and add what needs to be added according to tatse
  • Chill and enjoy

Notes

  • You may roast the pepper in an oven, char grill them, or even on a stovetop as in the pictures. How to: roasted peppers (Pecenje paprike) 
  • Let the peppers sweat and get cold before you peel them, give them time to soften so it's easy for you to peel them.
  • It's important to leave the peppers in a closed container while they soften, the heat makes them soft and easy to peel.
