Roasted pepper sauce

Ingredients

  • 6 Peppers
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 220 degrees
  • Roast all the engredients for about 45 minutes
  • Blend all the ingredients
  • Add olive oil

Notes

  • This sauce may be changed to soup, in that instance after blending transfer everything to a pot, add vegetable stock, and simmer for about 10 minutes
  • You may use the sauce on sandwiches, meat dishes, fish or as pasta sauce.
