Instructions
Roast tomatoes, garlic and peppers on 180 degrees
Saute the onion
When the vegetables are done roasting, put the pepper in a closed container so they can sweat and get moist to peel
Peel the tomatoes, then the soft peppers
Add the vegetables to the onion
Add a cup of vegetable stock and blend until smooth
Season with salt and pepper
Add cream if you wish to
Mix and enjoy
